How do I get a quote for a rental property?

You can contact Coastal Elite Realty at 609-523-1180 or by email at rentals@wrcoastal.com or use the automated system on our website for a preliminary quote. We encourage contacting a live agent by phone or email for the best experience.

Do I need to sign a lease agreement?

All GUESTS will be emailed a copy of this GUEST Lease Agreement (GLA) immediately following your booking. The GLA must be completed, signed and returned to Coastal Elite Realty as soon as possible. You may scan it and email it to Rentals@wrcoastal.com, fax it to (609) 523-0220 or mail it via USPS to Coastal Elite Realty, Vacation Rental Department, 3300 Pacific Ave, Wildwood, NJ 08260.

When is lease payment due?

A rental deposit 50% of the lease total (not including the security deposit) will be due at the time of booking. This may be paid via Credit Card or Cash or via a Check or Money Order made out to Coastal Elite Realty. All rental reservation balances along with the security deposit are due 30 days in advance of the check-in date.

Do you require a security deposit?

Yes, we require a $500 refundable security deposit to be paid on all direct bookings. We also require a credit card to be put on file in case of damages that exceed the $500.00 security deposit. This security deposit will be refunded to you within 30days of your check-out date as long as you adhere to the Rental Policies detailed in your Guest Lease Agreement.

Do you have age restrictions for renters and guests?

Yes. Our Vacation Rentals are not available to any persons under the age of twenty-five (25) unless accompanied by and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.

How and where do I check-in?

Our check-in window begins at 12pm and closes at 4pm. All guests must come to our Realty Office between the hours of 12PM and 4PM to pick up your keys, access information and other vital information about your rental property.

Can I check in after 4pm?

Unless you have prearranged a late check-in, our check-in window closes at 4pm. There will be a fee of minimum of $100 if there is an arrival after 4pm that has not been prearranged.

When can I enter my rental property?

You will be able to access your rental property at 4pm. Prior to 4pm you may not enter your rental property, or park at your rental property. Guest who accesses their rental property prior to 4pm may forfeit pre-arrival cleaning services and may have a fee assessed against their security deposit.

How and where do I check-out?

You must vacate your rental at or before 10:00 AM. If you have been given Keys, a parking pass, or pool passes you must return them to the rental office no later than 12:00 PM on the day of check-out.

May I park at the rental property after I check-out?

No, you must have all personal property removed, your vehicle(s) off the property and have vacated the premise to avoid additional fees being assessed against your security deposit or charged against your credit card on file.

Can I cancel a reservation and be refunded after I have booked?

Coastal Elite Realty has a strict no cancellation policy. However, in the event of a cancellation where Coastal Elite Realty successfully re-rents the premise you will be refunded to the extent that the property owner and Coastal Elite Realty sustain no loss on the re-rental. In such event a $300.00 cancellation fee will apply.

Do you offer trip insurance?

Coastal Elite Realty does not offer trip insurance; however we strongly recommend that you purchase trip insurance through a third party insurer.

Do I have to bring my own linens or bath/beach towels?

Unless otherwise stated, you must provide your own linens or towels. We have several linen companies locally and we can provide you with contact information if you wish to contact them directly.

Are utilities included with the lease amount?

Yes, utilities are included unless otherwise noted.

Are pets allowed?

Some of our properties permit pets and others do not. Unless it is agreed upon that you may bring a pet, no pets of any kind, even if they are only visiting, are allowed in the rental property or on the property. In the event that it is agreed upon that GUEST may bring a pet with them, there will be a minimum pet fee of $200.00 charged to the GUEST reservation at the time of booking.

Can I park an RV, trailers or overnight camper at the rental property?

Unless specifically approved, no RVs, trailers or overnight campers shall be placed or parked at the rental property.

Will I be able to plug in an electric vehicle at the rental property?

Not all rental properties are capable of charging an electric vehicle safely. You will not be permitted to charge your electric vehicle at the rental property unless you have specific approval to do so; additional charges are likely to apply.
